Shipping Policy
Orders place Monday-Friday before 3 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped that day, upon availability and credit card verification and approval. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will be shipped the next business day.

Domestic shipping is based on the flat rate table listed below. We ship via Fedex, UPS, and the United States Postal Service (USPS). We do ship to P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges are accepted on items that are unused, unworn, and are in new condition for Store Credit Only. The item must have the original receipt and have ALL tags attached. Once returned items are received and checked, a store credit will be issued to the customer. We do not refund Credit Cards.
Returns & Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days from the date that your order was shipped.
PalmBeachJEM.com does not refund shipping and handling charges.
Return/Exchange Process
To initiate the return and/or exchange process, please email info@PalmBeachJEM.com to receive a JEM RA#. Once we receive your email, we will email you the number within 24 hours.

Please include the original sales receipt (or copy) and fill out the return/exchange form.
Please use care when shipping your package back. We suggest using a traceable and insured method as we are not responsible for packages that we do not ship.
If you are sending back an exchange, once we have received your package an email will be sent to notify you and update you on the status of your exchange. A $6.00 shipping fee will be charged to your credit card to send the new item to you.
If you are sending back a return, once we have received your return, we will send you an email confirmation to inform you that we have processed your request. You will be issued a store credit to use towards your next purchase.
